This happens to me too, but only a few times and I am unable to get around printing off the label. After a lot of fustration and going onto the help chat all the time about it! finally!!! someone was able to help me and not end the chat coz they have no idea whats going on! She told me it was my address that was incorrect. Even though the city I live in was correct, it did not match my postcode, so I deleted the city I live in and just kept my area postcode to match my address and it worked. Your postcode has to match where you live not the city if that makes sence
