I purchased an ebay label but didn't use it.

My customer purchased 2 items so I bought two labels. However, I decided to put both purchases in one package, which means I didn't use the second label. One label is shown as Delivered. The customer received both purchases so I'm not too concerned. However, the second label is still shown as in transit. In hindsight I realized I should have canceled the second label. Time has elapsed and it's too late for that. So, how I can show it has been delivered? Or does the recipient somehow have to indicate delivery from their end?

Go to the undelivered order and edit tracking, replace unused tracking number with the tracking number that was actually used.

Hi Kopes, probably the only solution, as tracking for the unused label is never going to show delivered. I had to do something similar recently for tracking auto uploaded from AP, had to cancel the original label, issue a new label and then manually update tracking in ebay.

Not quite the right answer. When I tried to replace the tracking number, it said: The tracking number cannot be changed because you purchased the shipping label from eBay label printing platform. Another option seems to be: "Mark as Not Shipped" Does that make sense?

Well then, Will the ebay label system allow you to add a 2nd tracking number. I have not used ebay labels for years as I found AP more user friendly. Both solutions I have offered, would work via AP
