I purchased a 24 piece China Tea set from a UK seller who has 100% rating and feedback regarding packaging is good.
Unfortunately 2 of the items were smashed and another has a crack (not sure if this is due to damage in transit or an oversight by seller)
I am in communication with the Seller who advised me that I am to contact ebay directly as this was shipped via the Global Shipping Program.
From what I can see, the only way to obtain a refund is to Contact the Seller and request a return.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to how to lodge a claim for damages without requesting a return?
