I have contacted aramex before and they ignore all correspondence. The last tracking update was on the 13th, three weeks ago.
That is the issue with Aramex (that and they ignore people)
Don't leave it too late to open an item not received dispute
You only have 30 days past the latest estimated delivery date to open it, follow through with it to get your money back
And avoid sellers who use Sendle (the courier broker who very often uses Aramex)
What was the item number?
