If I post a fragile item and it is broken in transit. What happens to the seller & the buyer?
Is the seller held responsible? Does the buyer get a full refund from the seller?
I'm posting a tea set and will pack it as carefully as possible, but we all know there are no guarantees when it comes to posting fragile items.
