Item purchased with shipping to paypal address but shipping agent used by seller will not deliver to this address.Their nearest point is a depot 120ks away, from where they expect me to pick up the item.All other items ever purchased national and international, have always arrived at my address for signature, so I believe this one should also or discount my shipping fee.
