Item sent from overseas arrived damaged, when opend parcell, little whitish plastic, glass like fibers came out of packedge. ??

Had odered a tablet from a hongkong supplier but item sent from
China, usualy im happy with their products but this time my item arrived with broken screen, it was bubble wrapped and not boxed though. On opening packedge, small white fibers came out of packedging. Have contacted AUSPOST as they delivered it and contacted seller.
