I have 2 items being delivered to me - tracking says that they have been left in a safe place. But no proof - and delivery times at crazy hours ( like midnight & 3am )
They have no contact details except for email, which nevers gets responded to - and a phone no# that no one answers
are they are scam ? or just really bad at there jobs
I recently had a parcel delivered, we (my wife and I) were home , I saw the yellow van positioning awkwardly in our cul de sac so finished off what I was doing and went out to meet the driver only to find that he had driven off. I found the parcel left behind my wife's car (aligned with the rear passenger side wheel) in the open garage, had I not noticed the arrival of the van we would not have known the parcel had arrived and my wife could easily have reversed out of the garage running over the package (luckily the package was also not fragile). In an earlier incident (its also purchased on ebay) a parcel requiring signature was also left in the back of the open garage, I only discovered it the day after I was notified it had been delivered. Where do PF Logistics recruit and train their drivers? Will PFL please do something about this? Just read all the comments below and you will realise this is a common problem.
This is a member to member forum for eBay , nobody reading here can 'do' anything
The company in question sure are not going to be reading here
you need to contact them
PF logistic and eBay are in bed together. PFL is the cheapest delivery option offered by ebay.
Yes, they are the worst courier ever, hands down.
I always take option to use Auspost. You may have to pay a few dollar but worth it.
I do not buy if the seller does not have that option.
I left a negative feedback to a seller whom advertised to be sent by Auspost but used PFL.
Funny the feedback was deleted by ebay.
Hi everyone,
Due to the age of this thread, it has been closed to further replies. Please feel free to start a new thread if you wish to continue to discuss this topic.
Thank you for understanding.
PF Logistics is a law unto itself. Their practices are abominable. I suspect Ebay knows all about PF Logistics and is financially benefited by PF Logistics. Unfortunately, when dealing with any eCommerce merchant, the consumer has little insight in the honesty of the seller or selection of the shipper. Whatever laws exist seem not to benefit the consumer but protect the merchants (and their partners).
This is how you can complain
Service delivery complaints must be made in writing via: email to ombudsman@ombudsman.qld.gov.au with Service Delivery Complaint in the subject.
Your welcome
I have a similar problem, says left in a safe place, nothing delivered no note no sent to nearest post office... I'm of the opinion they just steal people's packages....there's no number for freighter or pflogistics.....pflogistics give you a Sydney number only if you look online but nothing in their website...
several items delivered but wrong address.constant problems dont know what gps they use.
They are extremely poor couriers i have had a parcel go missing and when i asked for proof of delivery they sent me a photo of someone elses property
Yes I had the same problem a week ago, I've just ordered something else and the courier is Pf again, highly unlikely I'll receive anything. To be honest I think it's a scam involving a bunch of fake sellers and PF logistics, it's all covered by eBay but it's just a nuisance having to wait for refunds.
Going to try and report them to eBay, after all they're the ones losing our in the end.
What is the feedback like for these 'fake sellers' you are choosing to buy from?
When Australia Post or anyone else loses stuff, does that make those sellers fake too?
Actually, scrap that, the last seller you bought from, registered in China, feedback in the toilet
98% for a high volume seller
Both sellers before that, China
They are very bad they say they leave in a safe place but do not deliver I happened to get caught again for delivery from them when i bought something and i am still waiting i have installed cameras everywhere so i can see any body anywhere and i am sitting and waiting they are bad and will cost you a lot of money They just do not care they should be outlawed
AP parcels are NOT being delivered to the right address. I have contacted AP & they admit it was not delivered to the right address but dont want to pay for item

mine are being delivered, hundreds of them this year (without any problem), thousands over the last 5 years.
(does this mean I work for AP?)
What has AP to do with a thread about PF Logistics? And why do you feel posting the same 'information' on myriad threads will elicit other than a factual response?
Worse Delivery service ever. I can't understand why ebay persist with this mob.
Temu were using them as well, but after l complained, they mo.longer use them for my deliveries on my request
Dont know if ebay would do same.
13 days for a parcel to get from Canberra to suburban Adelaide. Absolutely useless tracking information. Parcel left late at night, on the ground below my letter box despite the letter box being plenty big enough for the parcel. Would not recommend.
They and Freightster are a total rip off see ... https://au.trustpilot.com/review/www.pflogistics.com.au
