Hi,
I've ordered a vehicle part (Prop Shaft) in the US to be shipped to where I am in Australia, and it has since been stuck at the Glendale Heights international hub for about 7 weeks now without any updates.
Ebay has now issued me a refund for the item (>$800), but I am wondering if there is anything more I can do so I can receive this part. I would normally not be too concerned about getting a refund for this, but this part I need is no longer made and is the last one that I could find anywhere, so I cannot simply order another one with the refund amount.
Is there a way to contact this facility to investigate this in the hope to find it again?
Cheers.

If you have already received a refund, you no longer have any right to the item, its the senders issue now, not yours.
You have your money back., don't be greedy.
