bought an item stating the cost of postage then i was charge again for pitney and bowse

then i was going to pay for this item that said $29.00 for postage then at the checkout became $52.00. WHY IS THAT?

Many USA sellers use the Global Shipping Program and doesn't always show in the listing as the listing shows postage within USA.

Contact the seller and explain you are not prepared to pay more than what was shown and if they could give you a postage cost for USPS mail instead.

If not you will need to ask for a cancellation if you don't want to pay the GSP rate.
