I've been waiting since last month for an item was ment to receive on Valentine's Day last month an it's over month now and seller says it been delivered they lieing nothing has been sent an eBay now tells me to wait to march the 8th just to step in an sort it out when they know seller is lieing he sent me fake invoice an says they left cards on door they left nothing I got security cameras I didn't see nothing lieing to I hate theys courier's they use now to just stick to aus post rest are lieing theives anyway ebdwy takes so long to step n an do anything what if it's an emergency I needed that item or money course I'm broke it can help instead no got to wait onther two weeks for eBay do anything why just give me my bloody re-found  or to do anything come on the money I've spent on here they can look an they still treat you like u lieing or something sucks

Can you please confirm that you've opened an 'item not received' dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee?

As a rule, if the seller hasn't responded to the dispute within 3 business days,  you can ask eBay to step in and you'd receive a refund.
