Hi everyone, hoping someone can help me. I recently purchased an item and paid for the item and shipping via Paypal. When my item arrived I was informed that it was sent COD and that I need to pay $15.75 in order to collect my item.
The item was not an international shipment and upon viewing the sellers ratings now I can see another person purchased an item around the same time as me and experienced the same problem.
What are my options in terms of disputing this practice as I do not intend to pay the additional charge since the seller has defrauded me of the original shipping cost. Do I let the item be returned to sender and then commence a dispute?

That is a really silly move on their part for COD as it will cost them to get their money from AP.
Are you sure it is not an under payment of postage that you are required to pay?
Contact the seller and ask what is going on and why they have done this.
You can pull their contact details and phone them if you want a quicker chat that waiting for messages. Find contact information
