Can someone please explain to me what QLD RURAL DEPOT 9994 is or where it is, I've lost an item and the tracking system hasn't been updated since 24/4/19. It was supposed to be here on the 20th, but for some reason it hasn't turned up and I don't know how else to track it because there isn't a number I can call.

As mentioned, that is one of the ‘drop off’ locations for UPPS/FedEx etc
You say it was due on the 20th and I assume you base this on the estimated delivery date that eBay insert on all listings. These dates are just that, estimates based on postal services guesses. And this is an excellent example of why people should not consider them to be anything other than that
As you know, the 20th was Easter Saturday
And there was also a public holiday for Easter Monday the 22nd and another for ANZAC day on Thursday the 25th
If The last scan was at the depot on the 24th, I would assume that is where the USA delivery company’s responsibity ends and would now be in the hands Of an Australia Post service
Considering two different postal services for an overseas purchase, and a lot of public holidays, I think it is a little premature to think the item is ‘lost’
