I advertised two identical items offering local pick up or postage. Both items were purchased by the same purchaser and they have paid via paypal but have paid postage for only one item. I am happy to combine postage but the postage cost to me will be more than the postage they have paid for one item. I have emailed the purchaser but if they refuse to pay the cost of the combined postage do I cancel both transactions and relistthe items?
