Postage

Trying to list an item. Cannot proceed as I have gotten this message “please enter valid dimensions for this package”. Where do I go to do this? Am new to EBay.

If you are using fixed rate postage (eg AP Satchels) select 'Flat Price Postage' from the dropdown that currently shows 'Calculated postage'. Or words to those effects.

If using another postage service, enter the dimensions in the boxes supplied on the listing page.
