Postage

I've just sold an item. Can I now just go to Australia Post and post it off? Or do I have to use eBay's postal system?

You don’t have to use eBay labels, but you should send the way you stipulated in your listing

To add, I've just noticed that your listing shows "Payment is by Paypal Only" which indicates you're not signed up for managed payments.

You'll still be expected to post the item to the buyer and  be sure to pay for extra insurance/ cover

That's a very expensive sale.

Is the payment shown in your seller hub ?

As you haven't sold for a long time, eBay will treat you as a new seller.

Are you registered to sell and signed up for managed payments ?

And  are you aware your payment will be on hold for 14-30 days, very possibly 30 days with the  high price of the item

On the order details page, you will see the postage service selected by your buyer.

Without knowing your buyer's selection, we can't accurately answer your question, but you are obliged to stick with whatever that selection may be.
