I would like to know the answer to how to do this too.
Fastway are appalling .They deliver if and whan they feel like it and simply lie and lie and lie about having delivered .

and yet sellers keep useing them ???? Why???
Almost everytime I am sent an item via this atrocious company I have endless time in emails back and forth with seller disputing Fastway lies that they tried to deliver the item or that in fact it had already been delivered .
I am currently waiting for 2 different items from Fastway both of which they say they have tried to deliver which is total BS and one of which they are saying has been delivered ..even more BS.
I just recently had an item they said they had delivered only for it to turn up a week later .
