The eta for the order was 17/03/21. I waited until 19/03/21 given a potential covid related delay. I contacted the seller and they advised that it's been 'delayed at the Aus post sorting facility'. It was a standard parcel delivery and no tracking number was provided.
In the same response, seller offered to resend today (19/03/21) or refund the order. I asked the seller to provide the tracking number or any evidence showing that its been delayed at the Aus post sorting facility. The seller has not responded, even though he would've most likely checked my response to see if I wanted the order resent today or not.
My question is, given the info provided, is it possible that the seller may have legitimately sent the order in the first place or is the seller lying?
I am unable to comment on the mindset of the seller... there is no point in guessing.
I never worry about a tracking #... after all it will not make the plane, train, ship, truck or camel caravan travel any faster.
If I was in your postion I would no longer communicate with the seller & wait another 3 weeks & if the item has not arrived I would use the eBay Money Back Guarantee... you may wish to study that while you are waiting..
Is it the seller based in Hong Kong?
Btw... pleased you found your way back to the Aussie boards.
