Seller will not return message after 9 tries by me in 14 days.

Hi there, I am trying to purchase an item. It comes in packs of 25 only and I I have messaged the seller over 9 times in the past 14 days for answer and also to find the weight of the item. I also went to the 'Store' out of frustration and signed up for the newsletter and free sample. I am not PC savvy but all the messages I have sent I have a record of. Promised answers by seller are 1-2 days. I have received NOTHING in the way of even an acknowledgment let alone an answer to my questions.

Hello,

If the seller is not reachable via email and your really wanting to purchase this item, the only other alternative is to contact the store.

The down side Ebay will not release contact info unless you have comited to the purchase.

From what i understand by your message, your only wanting one item however the seller is only selling in bulk.

Check out their store and see if they are selling that item individually, or if your having no luck search on ebay to see if anyone else is sellling this.
