If you book with Sendle, they will then sub-contract the delivery to the cheapest courier for the job. You might see Couriers Please, Fastway or any of a number of smaller regional couriers bring your parcel.
Is everyone aware of that? Sendle are NOT couriers. We have a rogue Couriers Please courier on the Sunshine Coast who throws parcels over our fence. Sendle have told us in writing that their couriers are not allowed to enter gated properties. We simply have a fence with a gate in it.
Now partnering with eBay, Sendle are promoting a door-to-door delivery service. Don't believe it!
When things go wrong, Sendle will simply say it is nothing to do with them. They take no care and no responsibility.
