Sendle have not delivered my parcel and do not answer emails

I sent a parcel via Sendle and the progress now reads "Unable to Deliver" and "Note: In damage cage". Has anyone else experienced this? I've tried contacting Sendle, and so has the buyer, but we get no response.

Sendle does not deliver anything.....they are a broker and arrange for different couriers to deliver depending on what area the parcel is to be delivered to.....often it is Fastway.

 

If you are able to track the parcel you should be able to see which courier company has it on board for delivery.

 

From experience it would seem that the parcel cannot be delivered as it has been damaged.   If you can see who the courier is I suggest you ring them and give them the information that you have....see what they have to say.
