The item says Free Postage but when I go to pay, it includes $10 postage.Who do I complain to?

I am  being charged postage even through the add clearly says Free Postage.

When I go to pay, a charge of $10 Postage and Handling is applied.

THis is misleading advertising and should not be allowed.

I have tried to contact the seller, no response.

How do you complain in Ebay?

Pointless complaining to eBay, they are not going to do anything

But if you want eBay to tell you they will look into it (they won't) eBay help is at the top of the page and you can type 'speak to an agent' in the chatbot. Agin, they will give you a pre written scripted response that will not be factual

Are you using the app (if so, it is known that the app shows free postage when it isn't)

Is it free to your area?

Is the seller in Australia or overseas?

Is it indeed free postage, or does it also have a local pick up option (which is free) and a postage option?

What is the item number?

Where are seeing the free postage, is it on ebay or on google search.

Many of my listings show free postage when searching on google and when you click on it and go to the listing it will show the postage I charge. I have had no luck contacting ebay regarding this and have found no solution to stop it from showing free postage.
