I have bought an item located in Canada. When I went to pay for the item, Paypal wouldn't let me because it said the seller didn't include postage costs. For the last 5 days, I have emailed the seller once a day asking for them to put on the postage cost, but nothing has happened. Ebay now says I have a non-payment case. I want to pay but the system won't let me pay and the seller has not responded to me. What do I do now?
