Tracking not showing, Alice please!

When I have parcel due I check in the morning if there is a chance of it being delivered that day.  This used to work fine; there would be an entry when the parcel was in our local sorting facility and when it was on the truck with delivery driver; but lately nothing shows.  It is very annoying, today I need to go out but as i am expecting a parcel that weighs 9kg, which I would not be able to carry to my car, even if I would manage to get one of the 2 parking spots at the back of our PO.  The parcel #08600087159251 was supposedly posted on Tuesday, so quite likely to arrive today.  But there  is nothing showing, except that it was "manifested".

Alice could you please tell us why are parcels not scanned anymore?  And if you could tell me where my parcel is, that would be great too.  Thanks in advance.
