Hi everyone,
I'm still quite new when it comes to creating shipping labels on Ebay and I ended up making a mistake in my listing (miscalculated the weight), had to void the label I made and create a new one instead when sending the item. I created and voided the label about a week and a half ago (9th May). Now I've recieved my monthly Ebay invoice which includes the cost of the voided label, so my question is:
1) How long does it take Australia Post to void a label and give you a refund?
2) There's still about a week and a half left till my invoice will be paid automatically so my question is:
Will the amount on my invoice change if Australia Post decides to refund me or do I still have to pay for the full amount (including the label I did not use) and then be refunded later on?
