It takes around 20 days to get your refund. so you may have to pay for it now and get refunded later, if your eBay invoice has already been generated. Either way you will get your money back. Just a suggestion...when you print a label, there is an option for downloading it as well. I always do this as it often shows the buyers phone number as well. May be a good thing to have if there are problems down the track. Getting the weight right takes experimentation and practice. When you are estimating, you need to remember that even the label weighs. It is better to allow plenty of leeway and be well underweight than too close. I believe that packages can be randomly checked along the way, so best to be safe instead of sorry. As a buyer, I have received overweight packages at times, and I immediately knew it was overweight, so imagine how postal staff who handle packages every day would be able to pick up on anything overweight quite easily.
