What do i do if i haven't received my order a month after expected?

Have you contacted the seller at all?

Have you made ebay aware via an item not received ?

Where was the item coming from?  (if overseas it could possibly be held up in customs or such) even if not delayed, post from some countires can take several weeks, even if sent via air mail

Not sure what you mean by 'a month after expected?' are you aware the delievery dates are made up by ebay and are usually WAY out? 

If it was the item from India, the seller has horrid feedback as well
