What is the best way to pack and send bulky item such as ice cooler weight approx 10kg?

Hi 

I'm looking to sell an ice cooler that's been sitting unused in our garage for the last 12 months. Thing is it's a lot bigger than the usual items I have sold and I'm not sure what to do for the best with regards to delivery.

What's the best way to wrap/package a bulky item? It's quite big & weighs nearly 10kgs. Should this be Australia Post or should I be looking at a different method of delivery?

Any advice for this newbie ebayer would be greatly appreciated.
