I have had two parcels sent through Global Shipping Centre in the UK one has been through australian customs but the other is still to be released by customs both arrived in Australia on the 7th November one package was delivered on the 13th Nov. other is still has not been released. Are they on strike? is there a massive back log, has it got lost in their facility???
