We just won 2 items and the seller has charged as for the 2 items postage instead of combining .He also chargers for using PayPal is this allowed. He has 100% feedback and cannot see this being allowed. Does anyone know if this is allowed thank you

Sellers are not allowed to charge a fee for using paypal and you can refuse to pay for anything till it is removed.
If they open non payer disputes call ebay and they might remove the disputes.
As for the postage do they state they will do a reduced combine postage?
If not then by adding the purchases onto 1 invoice then they have combined postage just not at a reduced rate.
