i bought item. and the calculator on the item before end of auction showed 18.00 as interantioanl shipping. and the global shiping is 34.00. the selller seems willing to try and help or ship wit h loower fee.. they came back and siad they can change it. can they send it to me outside of the global shiping programme. its so expensive. how can i encourage her to ship regualr international. thanks
