changing the postage amount

Hi, the buyer bought 3 items that I listed sparately, and asked me before the auction finished to combine postage, which I agreed to.  However, I can't amend the combined invoice to show a reduced postage cost - does anone know how to do this?

Amend the postage cost, click Preview to check the totals are correct and Send.

Do not click Recalculate, it works as a reset button  🙂
