click & send wont validate postcode

Hi!  Recently I had postal charges questions and was advised to use click & send.  I have been trying to do this but it won't validate the buyers postcode which is automatically filled in by ebay.

Any help gratefully received.!!!

use the drop down box on cclick and send to check what suggestions they offer

often it comes up as error cause the buyer has listed their address as for example

123 smith st

box hill

melbourne victoria 3128

3128 is NOT correct for melbourne but it is correct for box hill.

just delete the melbourne bit and you'll be fine
