click & send wont validate postcode

Hi!  Recently I had postal charges questions and was advised to use click & send.  I have been trying to do this but it won't validate the buyers postcode which is automatically filled in by ebay.

Any help gratefully received.!!!

When you do the C & S you sometimes have to manually correct the correct postcode to match the town/suburb.

It depends how the buyer has put their details when registering to ebay.

An example Some might put the city name where the suburb or town should be so it needs correcting.
