Hi, thanks to a helpful ebayer I discovered on the weekend that tracked satchels are not covered under the Paypal Protection Policy.  

Now I'm looking for an alternative to posting registered mail because it's so expensive for the buyer.  

Can someone tell me if Click and Send items are covered by Paypal if linked with the Ebay account and is that just because the address is entered into their database?  But what's to stop the seller from still posting elsewhere?  Just wanting to know what all the experienced sellers are using.

When you post by click & send the address is printed on the docket along with the tracking number,

If you lodge the parcels over the counter which you should always do, it is entered into the system which is proof of postage, I recommend paying the additional $1 for signature required, this will give you seller protection to satisfy paypal.
