hi can some one explain to me the difference with the word stanard postage which dose not come with tracking international buyer and australia buyer when a buyer purchase an item and pay for it and i post the item and the buyer has the right to open case and e bay mangemnet gives him the noney back claming no tracking number to confirm about the stature of the parcel , this is happen and the parcel has not been return .where is it .
