hi everyone,
recently i have been tooo boring, i have one American customer who didn't receive the items that posted 50 days ago, he didn't open the case, i don't know how to deal with the case, i posted the item to you usa with airmail with parcel no, but we can't track it on line the parcel no, how can i do now? i can get money back from paypal, if yes, how can do that? i will appreciate you very much if i can get some one help.

As it is after 45 days since payment date there is nothing the buyer can do.
If the buyer had opened a dispute and you could provide proof of postage then you would have had seller protection.
So it is up too you now to decide if you want to refund the buyer or send another if you have one or leave it as it is.
