how do I add postal charges to a pick up only item?

I have bought an item that was listed as pick up only after having contacted the seller and he agreed to post. How can postal charges be added after the auction has ended? Thanks

The seller needs to send an invoice.

They do so by selecting the small drop down menu to the right of item in their sold list.

Then send invoice, add postage and send.

Advise NOT to click recalculate, that reverts it back again.
