im trying to organise a wedding for my daughter and ordered 8 tall vasesfrom a seller . i was told the items should be here by the 29th of july. i have recieved 2 on this date which were ok i contacted the seller to ask where the others are and then recieved 4 more only today which is the 2nd of august 3 days passed the due date. out of these 4 two are different sizes and the other two are fully smashed in the boxes because the were not wrapped.i have also tried asking for the refference number for the last two vases that im still waiting for and still havent got that either. i have tried to contact the seller again but have not heared back from her. what can i do about getting them replaced and the others delivered or my money back?
