i purchased an item on the15/7 , i emailed the seller a few days ago because i havnt received the item yet, he told me that the item was signed for on the 24/7, i have never had this problem before and i dont know what to from here.......
Ask the seller for the tracking details so you can see for your self if it has been signed for.
Then enter the details on the AP tracking site (here is the link)
If it is showing as received then call or go to your PO and ask them where it is.
If it is not showing on the tracking site open a dispute if you paid with paypal for item not received.
f you paid by bank dep then you are not protected for that form of payment.
Ask the seller first for the tracking number and then go from there and come back if you need further help.
