my order didn't arrive after the 6 week wait that they asked for then they said that they will send another after I confirmed my address again but it did not arrive. I have asked them to reimburse me my money so I can order it from another supplier but they have offered me 60 percent only. Is this standard? I don't believe that they even sent it. Have never had any problem with my mail. Should I accept the 60%?
