i recieve my item damaged by the tnt courier and no one is claiming responisbility

hi,

I purchased a brand new American Boss 15" powered speaker, on 23/01/2013, and paid $249.00.

(item number 290802126829). shipping was 5-7days.

i had given the couriers an extra 5 days, and then contacted TNT couriers, and gave them my consignment number along with my details. they contacted me a further 2 days later telling me that my item has been damaged and that they can deliver it to me. I said that I dont want a damaged item I want my item replaced. TNT couriers said that the seller should be notified and you can make an agreement with the seller which is MEGASTORE00.

its been almost 4 months and no one has replyed to my messages and the only way i can contact them is through messages.

please help me. I dont want a refund I want my item replaced by was liable.

the seller is blamming the couriers and the couriers are blamming the seller for new delivery charges for pick up and redelivering an new item,.

I was told that i would recieve some sort of a reply, and have waited patiently.

my speaker is damaged and the whole front part of the speaker is broken and comes off.

its still un used and the way it was bought, please tell me what I can do.
