i want to know what happened to a refund of $18.56 that was supposed to have been returned my bank

an amount of $18.56 was refunded to my account on the 26/02/25 unfortunately my account was hacked and i had to close the account   at the time this was done you have been supplied with new bank details  and i have been to my bank on two occasions and this amount   has not been returned they have told me the amount would have been sent back to E Bay  can you please check because it cant be floating around in mid air please find my refund. Thanks

How did you notify eBay you no longer had that account? (was it just in the chatbot in eBay help?, updating your details in your account?  or actually properly notifying eBay?)
