Hi, I just made a purchase ID #123454240097 , the postage was $37.60, once I paid I was also charged $42.13 import charges, i'm not sure why, the seller is not sure either , i've never paid anything but postage before, thanks
You have bought an item from the USA which is being shipped via the GSP.
The extra amount is the 10% GST charged on overseas imports (item cost plus postage) as well as the fees charged by Pitney Bowes for collecting the GST.
It is unlikely that the seller would have any idea about these charges as they do not handle the extra money.
