The pair of porcelain lamps arrived broken. I took photos and sent an e mail to the seller letting them know and asked if i get a refund, get them replaced or do i bid again. Is this the best way to solve the problem?
Wait and see what the seller says.
They should refund you the total amount you paid.
If they will not do this or send replacements then open a dispute for item not as described and escalate to a claim when the system allows.
Then phone paypal and tell them as the items are smashed they can not be safely returned and you want the refund without returning the broken pieces.
Tell them you can email photos of proof if need be.
