order PXN2113 USB Flight joystick

I ordered the Flight simulator joystick some time ago and it was due to arrive around the 21 Aug. What arrived was a flight simulator and manuals in a hair drier box. I have not recieved any information on the where abouts of the Joystick, or have I had notification of money for purchase returned.

I would like to be informed of the situation of this item , as the actual item ordered does not come up on any purchase history.The only information is on my email when first ordered.

I have checked the neighbours and they have not seen the item.

Information on the item / notification of money returned, would be greatly appreciated .

Do not open a dispute for item not received.....you have no idea what proof the seller might have that you did receive something.   Also, if you have sent the incorrect item back you can hardly argue that you did not receive it.

Open a dispute for not as described as the item you received was not what you ordered.

Did you return the incorrect item through a dispute or did you just send it back with no proof of posting?  Unless it was done officially you may have trouble getting your refund.

If the item has disappeared from your purchase history you may need to use the drop down box to get to older items past 60 days.

If still missing then it may have been removed by ebay.
