postage cost

Hi i brought an item the other day i asked seller how much postage cost she went and found out it was $30, i thought was a bit steep but put a bid on item and won it, so paid for item plus postage cost, item arived today it says on the front $20 postage it was wrapped in an old cardboard box so materials would of cost nothing to wrap it. should i say something.

The thing is it was sent regular post cardboard is free why didnt she just tell me $20 in the first place she went and got postage cost, but tells me $30 not happy it would be no diffrent if sellers on ebay were telling people a postage cost and when they  receive item it was $10 cheaper for postage you would have so many people kicking up a stink
