postage payment

an item was sold i have funds in my account, buyer wants me to ship to her, how to i get her to pay postage. through ebay .

ebay said to go to sold details, more actions and i think invoice, cant see this under more action tab.

Set up a listing for the postage, remembering the charges you will incur, or

cancel the listing refund and instruct her to select postage (not pickup) when re-purchasing.

Notes: Do you know how much postage will cost? If you don't use eBay or AP packaging then weight is a factor. Do you have postage as an option on your listing/s?
