I'm using Pack and Send for the first time. Everything entered ok so I hit "process". It came back with "You have to select a service for this item". I go down to Service but it comes back with "The system cannot find services for the transportation of content or options that you entered" Now I've gone back and checked all the fields and it appears ok but obviously I'm missing something (but it's simple too!!) The Help call centre is closed.
Can anyone help pls? thanks
