hi all
i had a delivery to me bounce
i emailed the seller and offered to cover the cost of re sending it to me
but im getting the silent treatment
the item cost me 185 and im not going to let him ignore me
so how blunt should i be with my next email ?
btw the item was shipped with a courier company and i know it was sent back to him
If you funded your payment via paypal with a credit card and if the seller will not reply or resend then go to your bank about a charge back.
Many people have said they are home and they have not got their packages.
I would also contact the courier and tell them you were home and no cards were left.
Do not let it go past the 45 days to open a dipsute.
If you do not get your money back or the item then try the bank or call the ombudsmen and see if they can help.
Will not loose anything to try.
You can do a request for the sellers details and try phoning them but that is up to you. Find contact information
