HI,
Need to send new postage invoice to buyer.
ITEM WAS SOLD TO BUYER IN october 2013, then item was posted after payment and postage paid by BUYER, but item was RETURNED to me (the seller) today and I have been in contact with Buyer to tell them item was not pickup by them as stated on package back from post office
The buyer wants item sent back to her and I Need to send new Payment invoice for postage to Buyer.
how do I do this please.

You'll need the buyer's email address to send an invoice and you can get it from their original PayPal payment.
Login to your PayPal account and click on Request Money then Create Invoice.
